Break and Enter Charges

On February 17, 2012 RCMP responded to a complaint of a Break and Enter that had occurred at the 400 block of 6 Street in Fox Creek. It is believed that the suspect had gained entry through a locked man door to the garage and once inside the suspect took a flat screen television, gaming systems, DVD’s and games, as well as a silver 2007 Toyota Tacoma, with Alberta licence plate YSD347, which has not yet been recovered. Based on the investigation to date, RCMP have charged Ryan Wesley CHRISTIE, 33yrs, of Fox Creek with:

Break, Enter and Commit Theft, Section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
Breach of his Recognizance, Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code
Theft over $5000, Section 334 of the Criminal Code
Theft under $5000, Section 334 of the Criminal Code
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of CHRISTIE and the public are asked to call the RCMP if they know the whereabouts of Ryan Wesley CHRISTIE or if they have seen the stolen Toyota Tacoma. CHRISTIE is also wanted on another Warrant for his arrest for charges relating to a Break and Enter in Fox Creek that also occurred on February 17, 2012.
