How do I get started?
Just fill out the short form at the bottom of the page or contact us directly. We’ll walk you through everything and help you figure out what you need.
What do I have to provide? Do I have to bring my own photos and text?
We write all the text for you based on your answers to our simple questionnaire. For photos, we ask that you send us as many as you can, ideally taken with a good camera, but iPhone photos can work too. If needed, we can also use images online to help fill in the gaps.
How long does it take?
Most websites take 3–5 weeks depending on how many pages your site has and how fast we get feedback.
What does the process look like?
What if I want to make changes during or after the process?
Changes are free during the design process. Once your site is live, any updates are billed at our regular hourly rate.
Can I make updates myself?
Yes, you can absolutely make edits yourself. Most clients prefer we handle updates, since the program we use is more advanced and it’s easy to mess things up by accident. But if you’re planning to make changes often (like once a month or more), or you just like doing things yourself, we can set that up for you.
Do you manage everything after the site is done or do I have to do it?
We handle hosting, updates, backups, and general maintenance so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
Do I have to pay the full amount up front?
We require a 50% advance payment before we start work on the site and the remainder is invoiced after the site goes live.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Yes, there’s a yearly $500 fee that covers your hosting, domain, security, and support. No hidden charges.
